5. Mentorship Relationship

5.1 Nature of Relationship

The mentorship relationship facilitated through our Platform is professional in nature. Mentors provide guidance and advice but do not guarantee specific outcomes or career results.

5.2 No Employment Relationship

Mentors are independent contractors, not employees of mentors.coach. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created between users, mentors, and mentors.coach.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1 Fees

Access to certain features requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by mentors.coach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
